AgaveNomad started the way a lot of good tools do: with a spreadsheet that got out of hand. As a growing tequila collection spilled across notes, photos, and half-remembered NOM numbers, it became clear that agave enthusiasts deserved something purpose-built — not a wine app with tequila bolted on.
